The 3rd National Selection Conference of EYP Bulgaria will take place from the 30th of June until the 4th of July in Varna, Bulgaria and will gather more than 130 participants!
Through the theme “Embrace the youth, embrace the future: Creating a sustainable Europe for the future generations” the participants will be able to explore the pressing issues of climate change, sustainable development and youth engagement, which in turn will make them active contributors to the development of Europe.
During the conference the participants will participate in group discussions, team building exercises and general assemblies where they will be able to voice their opinions on the pressing matters that will be discussed. The session will simulate a European Parliament like experience with all the official procedures allowing the delegates a glimpse at the policy making structure of the European Union. Through the event the participants will enhance their critical thinking and public speaking skills, as well as make many international connections. At the end of the six day session the participants will be well versed with the problems of climate change and sustainable development that the European Union is facing, and will have the skills to begin the change to a better future.
