Our Board

The National Committee Board of EYP Bulgaria is the permanent structure and representative of the members of the EYP network in Bulgaria. Their responsibilities include the day-to-day management of the legal and administrative affairs of the National Committee, as well as defining, alongside the members of EYP Bulgaria, strategies for the advancement of the EYP’s values in each of its different areas of action.

  • Kalina Stefanova

    NC President & International Coordinator
    The President directs all the activities of the organisation; Coordinates the Board and the National Committee; Represents the Board and the National Committee on National and International level. The International Coordinator guarantees that EYP members are actively engaged in EYP events abroad and international participants are involved in EYP Bulgaria's events; Actively looks for and shares information regarding opportunities for members to take part in conferences, training, and other events abroad; Communicates with the Board of National Committees (BNC) and the EYP international office; Supports and coordinates Bulgarian delegations attending International sessions and other EYP events.

    Vice-President & Partnerships
    The vice-president supports the NC President in decision-making and leadership. The position of partnerships is responsible for securing long-term partners.

  • Michaela Avraham

    National Safe Person
    The National Safe Person is responsible for ensuring a safe and supportive environment and promotes well-being and addresses safety concerns that may arise during events.

  • Yuliyana Vasileva

    Members Coordinator
    The Members Coordinator communicates with members of EYP Bulgaria. They organize members events, coordinate and supports the regional coordinators, as well as build and enhance the regional network.

    Project Coordinator - National Sessions
    The project coordinator is responsible for coordniating and supporting NC projects and events on a national level. They provide head-organisers with guidance and support during the organising process.

  • Alexandra Emamzade

    Project Coordinator - Regional Sessions & National Coordinator
    The project coordinator is responsible for coordniating and supporting NC projects and events on a regional level. They provide head-organisers with guidance and support during the organising process. The National Coordinator contacts and communicates with Bulgarian schools and coordinates delegations for Regional Sessions and National Selection Conferences.

  • Yana Dimitrova

    Finance & Legal
    The position of finance and legal involves work with memberships, invoices and bookkeeping. It also requires mentoring finance teams of sessions.

  • Lora Dimitrova

    Public Relations & Communications
    The Public Relations & Communications establishes and maintains contacts with media partners. They ensure visibility and promotion of the organization, develop annual PR strategy and manage media coverage and PR for sessions and projects.
